Demetra: Cycle Tracking

Demetra is a privacy-first menstrual cycle tracker. No sign-up, no login, no external services, no analytics. All data stays on the user's device. The reviewer can complete onboarding with any data: 1. Tap Begin on Welcome 2. Type any nickname; sliders for age/height/weight 3. Pick any past date for last period 4. Tap through Medical / Goals with any selections 5. Tap Open Demetra to enter the main app All four bottom-bar tabs (Today / Cycle / Log / Library) are accessible immediately. Settings is the gear icon on Today. External services: none. Cycle math, articles, and advice run locally; no AI, no analytics, no networking. SQLite database on device. Phrasing is wellness-focused, non-diagnostic ("patterns", "may be worth discussing"). Not a medical device.
