Even without doing the first affirmations, I feel like I’m actively manifesting. This is a tool I’ve always wanted.
You don’t need it
It immediately hits you with a pay wall, you can’t even get in the app. I thought you got a free trial but nope. I wasted $13. It has tarot, which is one of the only manifestation you need to do physically. The other functions, scripting, visualization, claiming, and pulling your SP are all things you can do yourself. It’s not complicated. The only feature that’s worth buying is the “your day at a glance”, however, apps like co-star can do this for free.

I have a graveyard of wellness apps that I used for three days and then forgot about. Demi is genuinely different and I've been trying to figure out why. I think it's because it learns what matters to me so each session feels like a continuation rather than starting from zero every time.
Finally an app that's actually on my side
I asked ChatGPT to help me write affirmations once and it kept adding disclaimers and suggesting I "consult a professional." Which, fair, but sometimes you just want something to believe in you without a liability warning attached. Demi just... helps.

Okay so full honesty: I downloaded this on a whim at 11pm when I was feeling really low and almost deleted it the next morning. Glad I didn't. The personalization is actually real. I've used other affirmation apps where it's just generic stuff like "you are enough" on a pastel background and I always felt nothing. Demi asked me actual questions about what I'm going through and then built something around MY life. The notifications hit at weird good times too. I'll be stressed at work and then my phone buzzes with something that feels oddly specific and I just... breathe.

ok I’m literally shaking now. at first I was skeptical about this but I really needed the money for my tuition and rent and everything. I put this amount into Demi, manifested every day, and I just got a part time offer that’s the exact same amount I requested!!! Crazy how this works out….
