Ich hatte ein lv200 Charakter, nach einer 3 Monatigen Pause wollte ich mich einloggen nach dem einloggen sah ich das mein Charakter lv1 wieder war, alle Ausrüstung sind weg die ich hatte, min. 5€ investiert alles weg !!!! Man sollte dieses Spiel anzeigen !!

I downloaded this game excited to play it but while I was in the character screen to select a character I stopped to blow my nose & it chose a character for me & I couldn’t repack a character.

I don’t know why but my review keeps being deleted. It’s not a bad game. It’s just the fact that everything about it revolves around money. I can’t tell you how many times I have talked to other players inside the game and they basically said they spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on the game. There is no way of catching up to any of these players and everything in the game

I am very confused at what’s going on
Y’know how in ads, the characters level up super fast? It feels like that’s what’s going on here, and absolutely none of it feels earned. Is there anything to this game? Is it just meant to be a money sink? I have no idea, but for some reason after playing for about 30 minutes I’m level 120 and I’m ranked at VIP6. There’s making fast progress, and then there’s whatever is going on here.

So I started playing this game and I will lose some of you here. I am aware of the absurdity of my spending, however, the experience dealing with the Customer Service team was atrocious. I spent $2,999+ to reach the SSSVip and upon reaching that milestone I was prompted to reach out to the customer service. After doing that I was given instructions to add someone on Discord (separate app). Initially the user they sent me was not found. So I reached out to let them know it didn’t work. Days later they rectified that but it wasn’t until after I reached out to Apple support. So situation rectified I continued to play and of course that meant I continued to spend $. All in I was about $3,600 in and suddenly the game crashed and when I went to log back in I was banned. I’m not looking for sympathy and I’m aware of the absurdity of spending $3,600 on a mobile game in a month.
The in game community is great, active, and competitive. Even with my “whaling” I was still not the strongest in my realm (server group) even though strongest on my server. The community is fun to interact with and banter.
Truly a shame how poorly the customer service has been and even more disheartening to have spent so much $ to be randomly banned.

I hope the developers of this game will take action for the bugs and fix the crashes of this game. this game is very addicting, very easy to play. and it’s best for killing time game, this game is a cure for our boredom.
the only main problem is that, this game gets crashes so often and i hope the developers put attention to the bugs of it
