If You Know, You Know
What I really like about the Demotu App is that it’s all encompassing – strength programs, assessments for movement screens, check-ins, nutrition, data analytics from wearables, and exercises and cardio, in general.
While there are dozens of fitness apps, available to coaches trying to streamline their businesses, the consumer I s looking for a better, more economical way to achieve their fitness goals. Many of them have multiple issues, and are lacking details in all facets of Fitness.
One gives you a training program, but then you have to get another app for nutrition tracking, and still correspond with your Trainer to give feedback in order to keep the program challenging.
Same thing if you’re a coach, and asking your clients to undertake multiple apps to track their progress. It can turn into an unnecessary waste of time.
There are several things that set Demotu apart from the rest.
First, is the movement assessment. Up to 25 different functional moves that the client can do themselves, on the app, which helps the Trainer customize their program, based on their capabilities as well as corrective exercise exercises to address issues that were discovered in the assessment that helped the client move better, sooner.
Second is the AI assistant that can help write programs. If you’re new to the industry, the Borrelli AI will help write programs, but also give you the option of changing exercises if you prefer.
Third, it tracks macros, and has an onboard nutrition component that has your weight, goal weight, check-ins, and even allows you to upload progress photos.
Fourth, if you’d prefer to use your own exercise videos instead of their- almost 6000 exercise videos with descriptions, you can, and even ask it to prioritize programming with your own videos first.
Fifth, they have custom branding available, that allows for your logo- as well as your training philosophy- to be imported, and help make the app look more like your own to your clients.
There are many other features in Demotu, but the one I value most is their support –
You’re not left for hours or days waiting for an answer to your questions. They’re pretty quick about it, and you’re speaking with a human being! I have spent thousands of dollars for apps that I’m no longer using simply because I couldn’t get the support I needed in a timely fashion.
TIME IS MONEY! And when you have nine clients a day, you don’t have time to wait to address an issue with an app that’s responsible for holding the programs for your entire operation. You need it to work when you need it to work!

And because they’re constantly evolving and adding new features, there have been a couple of times when something isn’t going smoothly, or has a bug, but so far, those issues have been fixed in less than 12 hours. I’m super happy with the Demotu App, their constant evolvement, and their commitment to their customers, and very excited to build this new part of my business with them!

The V3 does not work
I'm really angry because I tried to get my routine out of this application today and noticed that you changed to version three. You said I can go back to the classic until July 31. But when I try to move away from that screen, my whole phone freezes and I can't move. I have to close the app and reopen it and I'm back at the same place. If you're going to be changing things, please make sure that they work. I'm really frustrated cause I can't do my routine now because I can't find it in version three! Please go back to version two which was much much better.

This is a great app that allows me to analyze my functional movements and then program and generate workouts to address imbalances and weaknesses.
Helped me sell
I’m a personal trainer and this app helped me show clients what their deficiencies were and then build out a program quickly. They were much more receptive then in my free consultation to close a recurring PT package.

I couldn’t even make an account and you have to pay for it, just save your time and do it yourself or find another app

Movement Assessment
I had been using Demotu on a free 2 week trial and I loved it so much that I still use it till this day with all my athletes. This movement app is exactly what it says it is, it measures, analyzes and detects the areas that athletes need the most work on and recommended exercises to perform. All in all, an excellent app that is highly efficient with great simplicity! Highly recommend this app to peers and all practitioners. I am excited to see how Demotu evolves and how much further I can take my athletes to another level with movement analysis.

Great tool for trainers
The fact that this is so mobile is such a helpful characteristic for my clients. There’s also a remote assignment tool so you don’t have to be in person all the time. Comes in handy!
Lifesaver
I’m an aspiring body builder (Bench PR 385), and this app saved my life. I’ve only had it for a few days, and I’ve already started to progress my form. Now my elbows and rotator cuffs feel great. I’m convinced that my old form would have eventually led to a trip to the emergency room, especially when I start to reach the 500ib mark.

Great!
I was struggling hard with my workouts. I wasn’t gaining muscle or losing weight. That all changed once I used this app. My max in all weights went up about 30 pounds. Could not recommend this app more!!
