Dear Denefits User, It does seem very unfortunate that you had such an experience with our support team. However, please understand that we are not the ones who owe the contract or provide services. The Denefits contracts are created by a business with their customers for the services they provide and their customers get to take services and pay in easy monthly installments. Having said that, since it is a contract between you and the business you enrolled with for the services, we do not have control over the contract to be able to cancel it, however, as part of the support we provide, we do connect with the business to discuss your concern.
