Can’t agree more than with the earlier review from angry New York mom. Seems unbelievable that you can’t fix this. The poor girls at our regular Dennys can’t even help but they sure are wonderful so we keep going back anyway!
Useless app, don’t bother downloading
I guess you have to live in Abu Dhabi or Dubai for the app to work because when it asks you to select your city these are the only choices. I set the app up originally with a password but now it wants a pin. I don’t have one. I’ve asked for info 5 times to reset my pin. I get a notice to check my email. But no email has shown up so far. When I try to register it says I’m already registered and if I forgot my password to click “forgot password”. That’s funny cause the site doesn’t use a password. It wants a pin. When I first set it up I had trouble getting the password to work. The app is useless!! I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again but the same issue comes up. It wants a pin no. I only have a password and it still won’t send info to reset the pin in an email. Useless App!!!! Don’t bother downloading.

Horrible
Waste of my time went all the way to Denny’s to get my bday meal like I do every year, they told me I have to download this app, the app won’t send the confirmation emails although I tried multiple email addresses! Literally soo irritated right now
