Pas terrible

Vraiment pas fiable et gênant pour le géant Denon de foournir une app IOS qui est vraiment pas fiable

Trash

This app was essential to maximise the functionality of the Dennon AVR receivers, lack of care from Denon has resulted in this app becoming non functional along with essential features of the AVR hardware

Broken

The new update made it unstable. What a shame.

Can’t find my demon avr or add manually

This app can’t find my denon or let me add manually via up address. The other denon app and the heos app can find the denon. Spotify can find my denon.
In there version it worked.

Denon cannot do software.

Denon Remote App for AVRs prior to 2014 model year crashes on launch beginning with iOS 18.

Highly disappointed. Useless now. The included remote with my AVR omits a great deal of functionality only available via the app.

No, I will not be buying another Denon AVR. I expect my audio gear to last a lifetime.

When it works….

Generally the Denon Remote App works good, controls everything I need it to. It just doesn’t work properly when streaming internet radio, Pandora or Spotify through the Network source input when Denon’s network fails to connect (continual issue) then it goes to death. Why? Because after that the app disables the back button in the top left corner so I can’t scroll back to control screen to make another source selection. Instead it remains at the “demo” and “select buttons” screen. Done. I don’t use Wi-Fi, it’s hardwired to the Internet through ethernet and nails every network connection test, so not sure if it’s a Denon or app issue but when their network access connection fails, the Denon Remote App doesn’t work as advertised and is temporarily useless if you are a serious music streamer.

Useless

Useless, never worked, never detected device.

Crashes every time

A big company such as Denon couldn't figure out how to have a stable app. Shame on them. We spend $2k for a receiver and receive no support.

Terrible

Been trying to use this for years. It seldomly works

Total Garbage

This app and receiver has been junk since I purchased it years ago. I highly suggest you do not buy a Denon if you want controllability or usability without constant frustrations. I think I’m switching to Sonos. I wish I could give it negative 5 stars.

ios18 not work

Please make this work with the latest update.

Crashing

App keeps crashing

Crash

Just crashes on ipad, what a joke...

Junk

Will no connect to my Denon AVRX1800HBKE3. I am connected via ether net cable. Tried entering the up address and get the not valid address reply.
The older app works fine, little slow to connect. DELETED from my iPhone

No longer works

Stopped working on 2/15/24 worked well before apple update ????

Limited

It's not capable of changing your AVR settings

Worst Denon App

Worst Denon Avr App

Too many issues and firmware

The forgotten app.

No need to mention, they haven't updated it for 7 years.

Ummm not sure what happened.

App worked last week.
Now stuck in demo mode.
Deleted it and reinstalled. Nothing.
Fix this.
Useless.

Atrocious

What on earth are Denon doing, Make excellent products but woefully poor applications.

Denon get with it!!
