I hate how some apps don’t show how to actually perform the exercise and the videos on here are incredible!

The plans are clear and easy to follow, the twin feature is what makes it stand out 🙌 Being matched with someone at your level makes it feel like you’re progressing together, which is super motivating love a good competition as well! It’s such a simple idea but honestly really original, and it makes me want to stay consistent

Training alone sometimes isn’t helping progress. But when I see my gym twin is doing the same exercise and he is the same size as me…just motivates me to train harder! Love this app
