Good dentist appointment. Teeth felt cleaner. Was shorter than excepted, have had better quality teeth cleaning in the past but for the $99 it was good enough! Will come back.
Cannot log in
When I try to long in, the keyboard does not show up on the unique code prompt page
Broken app
The app has been broken for months. Returning patient cannot get past the screen to enter unique code on iPhones running latest iOS
Buggy app
I tried to log in to make a booking. I got to the screen where it says that a unique code has been sent to you to login, but you cannot enter the code. The screen keyboard does not pop up.
You get what you pay for
Tried this company out for a change. The clean was very quick and not thorough. I was told I needed 2 fillings. I didn’t believe it so I got a second opinion from my regular dentist who said no fillings were required.
Negligent dental work and customer service.
I have been trying to reach out for a month regarding an issue from my last visit on 23/9. The dentist left calculus on my front tooth, and despite multiple attempts via email and chat, I have received no response. This is a breach of Australian consumer law. If I don't hear back by week's end, I will have to file complaints with ADA, AHPRA, and the Health Ombudsman. Please provide a direct contact for immediate resolution.

Be careful!!!
Never trust this application, especially international students should pay attention. Due to the problem I had, I made an appointment and cancelled the appointment a few days in advance, but they do not pay my money and they tell me that you have a loan inside, process it or your right to use your money will burn. In a multicultural country like Australia, students who do not speak English can easily fall into this trap.

Easy to use app but some improvements could be made
App works fine and I’ve had no issues when booking, navigating, and checking in at the actual dentist.
Suggestion - would be great if aftercare notifications can be removed by user or collapsed by date so that it’s easy to scroll through.

I had a filling done and now I can’t eat cold food or els i will hurt like so much and now I can’t eat food at all and the pain or so bad I wanna cry and they over numbed it and when it was in the process the pain was a 10 and when I put my hand up the saw but did nothing and I want to give it a 0 but that’s not possible so i give it a one and that appointment was last year and the pain is so bad it feel’s worst then a broken bone and not even a pain killer will stop it worst place ever

Update
The update for this App is require but only works for IOS 14. I’ve got an old IPhone 6 so does not allow me update to the latest version. Dental99 should give other options such as using a computer to pay for the services. Now I cannot go to the dentist because I cannot use the latest version of the App. Very disappointed!

Awesome to Awful
This used to be amazing and quick and economical. Now the problem is that you can’t get a booking within 2-3 weeks. At least one month to get a booking. And now the customer server always says to keep checking and book once you found close date. I finally found the closer date so I cancelled the previous date to book the new one then bam! The slot just available was gone and the previous slot is gone as well. Happened to me couple of times. At least if I get the refund i could have shut up but no you don’t get refund but the credit. Now I have $400 stuck in this can’t get back money and cannot book quick. Because my tooth was in so much pain I have to go else where. Dental99 became awesome to awful.

Yeah, this is good. Better service and cheaper than other dentists, was skeptical at first but… yeh very good.
Excellent Service and Dental Clinic
This clinic is phenomenal. The Dentist and the Assistant were very nice. They were able to clean my kids teeth, most specially my youngest one. Normally she will cry and the dentist will just rebooked the appointment. However at Dental99 Marayong branch, they were able to clean her teeth and she was so happy and excited for the next visit. Thank you so much for an excellent team work. We cannot wait until their next appointment.

Totally support Dental 99 Has the best service at a great price. Tired of being ripped off by Sydney dentists. Finally dental at a affordable price with highly experienced staff.
