The site marking that can be toggled on and off is a great feature. Then you can slide to view a 3D scan or skeleton model for a correlation to the features you are viewing. If that wasn't enough you can also read notes that describe the image in anatomy terms.

Great for reference and review of panoramic anatomy. I love how the entire anatomical structure is highlighted.
