I was experiencing a lot of pain in one of my teeth for the last few days. Unfortunately I don't have dental insurance. I didn't know what to do. I tried few over the counter medications to reduce the pain but they dint work. Then a friend of mine told me bout this app and that how his sister in law had used it. So I decided to give it a try. I downloaded the app and paid $14.99 to message a dentist. I attached multiple pictures too. It took about 15 mins before I heard back from one of their dentists Dr. Carol McCabe. She was awesome answering my questions. She did a video with me too. She helped me get a prescription seeing how i was in pain. Thanks so much Dr. McCabe. Oh and thanks to Shawn for getting the video call arranged. You guys are awesome!

Great app!
I did an emergency video call with a doctor next to my office and it couldn’t have gone any better!! He prescribed medication and they referred me to a dentist who takes my insurance! Thanks again
Error
I chose the texted option. I sent pictures and a Description of symptoms and once I submit, an error message pops up. I paid $14.99 and not working
Scam
So far it’s a scam, paid and now it keeps saying error every time I fill out my information and get to the last page hitting send message. Already emailed app to try to get a refund but this is ridiculous, I filled out all my info it won’t even tell me why it’s saying error. Why make me pay before and then not work, great app.

Wow! I had such terrible dental pain and I used this app on a whim. I was so desperate! I was so surprised by the wonderful service and attention. The dentist was attentive, he listened to my needs and I felt so much at ease. The representative was also great, he called and walked me through the process. I would definitely use again! I hope I don’t have this pain again, but if I do, I know where to go.

Useless
Most useless app I’ve ever encountered. First of all to use the 24/7 dentist you have to pay even though they said a million times you won’t have to pay and there are no hidden fees. Second I messaged two dentists two weeks ago and none of them got back to me. Useless lying app.
Super Amazing
So easy after moving and needing to find all new doctors in a city with a million options. I was able to find dentist within minutes near my house or work. Super fast and convenient.

I really enjoyed using the find a dentist feature. I added my dentist to my contacts and directions on the go really made it nice!
