Easy to use
I signed up to try it out. Submitted a request for an estimate and did receive 3 within 48 hours. I did not use it as I was testing it out but I do like the concept as its a HUGE time saver!

Honda Civic Repair
I got my 2021 civic repaired through DentFixr and it was a great experience. I asked the owner of the app how it works on Facebook and it was very simple. I took photos of the scratches and posted a job listing. By the next morning I had four repair estimates that I could choose from, all with different technicians. Samuel, the technician I chose, did great work and we chatted through the app. It’s similar to uber or DoorDash where you order food and pay through the app and the technician handles the rest and completes the work. This is such a great app and I’ll be using it again in the future if I have damage again.

Loved my experience!
This new app was easy to download and simple to use. My Kia Sportage hit a mailbox and I needed PDR in Fort myers Fl. I submitted the required information and had the estimate back within a day. It was fairly priced and my Tech Oscar did an amazing job! Highly recommended to use this service if you need it.

Blocked for Asking a Simple Question
I downloaded and evaluated this app hoping to better understand the value it provides to paintless dent repair customers. My concern is that the platform appears to insert itself between customers and repair shops that are already easy to find through Google Maps, reviews, websites, and social media. I asked what specific value the platform adds beyond collecting customer information and forwarding leads.
The company responded by comparing its service to Uber, DoorDash, Airbnb, and Turo. When I pointed out that those platforms solved an access problem that does not appear to exist in the PDR industry, my comments and the company’s response were deleted. After attempting to continue the discussion respectfully, I was blocked.
As a small business owner, I have no issue with disagreement. I do have concerns when legitimate questions about a business model are removed rather than answered. Based on my experience, I did not receive a clear explanation of how the platform benefits customers compared to simply contacting a qualified local PDR shop directly.
