3.0 Version Fixed Issues!
Much better user interface and intuitive to use. Can schedule appointments for anything, anytime, including emergency appointments! Treatment plans can also be found in the app as well as anyone who’s a dependent so I can keep track of my daughters care on my login.
App crashes
I haven’t been able to even set up an account because when I click on “sign up” the app crashes
Setting Up Account
I’m a new patient trying to set up my account on the app, but when I get to terms & conditions agreement and privacy policy I check it as reviewed and agree to terms, but the app won’t allow me to continue. I’m pretty bummed because I really wanted to be prepared for my first visit. I love the appearance of the modern app and I’m sure it’s a great way to help patients and the front desk staff be more prepared for up coming appointments. I love the idea, just wish It was working properly.

Difficult using this program

Pointless app
So aggravating that this app is required to be downloaded before I can see a dentist. The app itself offers nothing of value, requires a credit card to be kept on file, asks for personal information such as DOB, and has this glitch where the screen keyboard hides the continue button. I hope Dentologies wises up and provides an option for a web-based portal or else I'm going to look for a new dentist.
