Retired Dentist looking for some Telemedicine opportunities
Enrolled as a provider over a year ago . Haven’t received one patient on the platform. Not sure how many dental patients use this service . My understanding was that they would be referred from Large chain drug stores .
My Patients Are Thrilled
I gave all my patients the app and now they all can reach me for emergencies via the app. Questions, concerns and even some post op checks are done to make the patients feel more taken care of. Awesome and something like this should have been made before. It’s just great standard of care.
Nope not worth it
Waste of time. If you have your own money platform use it, don’t waste your money on this con. Patients don’t use this.
No customer service
Once I downloaded the app, it took more than an hour to verify my license. I received an email explaining the verification was approved but I still can’t log into the website and the phone number provided for customer service goes to a mobile number voicemail. I sent an email to the email provided and still haven’t heard back, it’s been more than 4 hours.
