I used to like this app, but now you can’t listen to the games anymore. Put back that function!
Bugs galore
Went to check the box score and play by play just before halftime of a game tonight. Scores displaying in a weird backwards way on the play by play (scoring plays show the opponent score for the nuggets). Box score totals about 12 points when they’ve actually got over 60. This is the most basic stuff to be getting wrong and is utterly ridiculous. Cmon guys. Don’t make me download the nba app instead. Be better than this garbage.

Great layout but can’t find notifications
I love the layout. Easy to navigate and well designed. My only issue is that I see a notification (number) tagged to the app but when I go into the app there is no highlighted area to see what I am getting notified for and hence the notifications keep piling up. My only recourse is to to to every page and click on it.

Can’t ever clear notifications
This is a clunky app, notifications won’t clear, tickets are constantly unavailable, switching between box score and live game stats takes too many points of navigation.

Worst App Ever?
This is such a bad app for season ticket holders. If we want to get our tickets, we usually just see server errors constantly. Bad enough that before the playoffs in 2024, my ticket wouldn’t load.
Seems to glitch a lot
This app is glitchy and hard to navigate. Rewards can’t be transferred. The KSE acct manager is easier to use.
What happened to this app?
Last season things worked great, this season it’s not worth the effort, it has to be reset over and over, and during the Heat game it stopped in the 3rd quarter and suddenly the set up for the Mavs game appeared.

Two radio stations are playing at the same time when trying to listen to the game
Poor listening
I figured they would have fixed this issue but no they haven’t. I have the app to listen to the game broadcasts, however it is unlistenable due to audio playing over other audio. This has been happening since last season. Now I miss out on live broadcasts.

How to see previous games stats?
The schedule used to look like a calendar and you could look at stats from previous games. Now I don't know how to find old box scores on the site.

Annoying Change with Box Score
App got rid of the box score to view stats for all players in the game, Nuggets and opposing team. Very annoying, now I will have to use NBA/ESPN apps to view box scores, not ideal as that requires more navigation. PLEASE CHANGE BACK AND INCLUDE THE BOX SCORE FOR ALL PLAYERS!
