Terrible app
This is a terrible attempt at an online service for the zoo.
Can’t login without the app crashing. Can’t change address to allow credit card payment.
Better to just delete the app and use the website

Fix the map
1. Map should be at a closer zoom level with more detail
2. Map should show heading so it’s easier to navigate
Or just link to google maps which honestly you won’t be able to compete with. We got lost a bit at the zoo and switched to google maps and it was much easier to get around.

Pretty much useless except for digital membership card
The app has my digital membership card which is great. The rest is functionally useless. The map is super low resolution and not up to date with the online map, I can’t find the menus, the schedule for any day except today won’t load, and the special events (e.g. Boo at the Zoo) keep touting the app for things like event offerings, none of which show up in the app. Special event tickets also don’t seem to load. So, it replaces a membership email but that’s about it.

Map and login doesn’t work
Every time I try to log into my account for the Denver Zoo on this app, it shuts the app down as soon as I click the “Login” button. Same with the map. If I click on the map button at the bottom, it will close the app out and I can’t hardly use this app.
Please improve the map and GPS functionality
I tried their app when navigating around the zoo and found myself wishing I had a paper map. All the minor paths are not shown and the ability to zoom in is very limited. I sure a detailed map of the zoo is available - why not use it?
Doesn’t work at all
This app is essentially nonfunctional. Anytime I open it at the zoo, my membership card is not loaded. Even when I sign in, I can’t access the card, past visits, or any credits for carousel rides. I wanted to check the daily schedule for tomorrow and it won’t load… the website says to check the app but it’s not there. I have been a member long enough that I remember and miss the prior app, which worked consistently!!!

Membership Card Glitch
After renewing my membership the app correctly shows it as expiring next year. However when I ad the digital card to Wallet it shows the old expiration date for this year.
Crashes
Cannot add passes to Apple wallet as the app crashes every time. I have deleted and reinstalled several times.
Doesn't work
I can't even log in. It keeps asking me to log in and crashes.
The Worst
This might be the worst app I’ve ever used. Crashes almost instantly, and every button takes you to the website instead of being able to do anything in the app. What’s the point?

Disappearing act
I downloaded the Denver Zoo app from the App Store. It’s visible on my desktop but when I click on it, it blinks and nothing else happens. I’ve updated my phone, I’ve removed and re-downloaded, I’ve reset my phone and nothing. Disappointing.
