The better coordination and exchange of experience between technicians is supported by functions such as the technician chat. Further practical requirements make this app so valuable: Flexible alarm scenarios such as alarming after alarms or escalation of messages can be easily implemented. - Notification center revised: for a better overview the alarms have been removed, they can be found in the alarm list - Filter logic revised - The set filter in the alarm list remains saved - QuickFilter (open the pre-filtered alarm list from the dashboard) are discarded after leaving the alarm list - Play sound, on push message, when app is open (this is configurable in settings)
