Keep private contacts separate from details intended for the client. CATCH DETAILS THAT NEED ATTENTION Run a deterministic local readiness check across required confirmations, chronology, explicit transfer links, contact coverage and private exceptions. Every flag points to the exact record that needs attention and the check stays grounded in facts entered by the advisor. SEPARATE CLIENT AND ADVISOR DETAILS Review the client-safe brief beside the advisor-only exception brief before finalizing. Private notes and private contacts remain out of the client document. The advisor copy retains the working exception and resolution trail. PRESERVE EACH FINAL HANDOFF Finalization creates a frozen revision.
