There are always issues trying to program tags and the app just says error with no error code
Config file cannot be loaded
Cannot load config file into app.

Hi LovelessDoor, the config files from Deployment Manager do not have cross-compatibility at this time with Hardware Manager. Please contact Technical Support (stanleyhealthcare.force.com) for assistance if this does not resolve your issues.
