Crashes on launch

Bought the app and every time I launch it, it immediately crashes. I’m on an iPad Pro running the latest iPad OS with plenty 500GB available storage. Please refund my money or—preferably—fix the bug. Thanks!

Since I bought it it has never been working at all. Not even launching. Wrote an email to the developer and never received a reply. I’d like a refund for this
