Why bother with the app?
Difficult to use
The app gets stuck so you can’t navigate to a home page. Tickets can’t be retrieved omit as a consequence and there is a a no option from the app or the other mail to download tickets to the Apple wallet.
Unable to open
The app won’t open and crashes and it gives out a runtime error message
Useless - want to buy gift vouchers for a friend . Can’t see how to do it
Completely user unfriendly . Both website and App. Still can’t find out how I buy a gift voucher

I feel embarrassed that Lewes Depot’s app still doesn’t function after all this time

Can’t plan anything as there isn’t a clear way to get an overview of the week - absolutely rubbish the last app wasn’t brilliant but this is worse !!!!!!! And all the names to be able to post this seem to be taken

Won’t let you do anything. The website tells you to download the app so you can get your tickets in the “my tickets” section.

Doesn’t store purchases in Wallet. Useless.

Not easy to find - dates not days of the week or a calendar. Doesn’t store your bought tickets or payment details. So actually worse than the website. Deleted immediately. Waste of effort.

Difficult to search before, now it is impossible. Half the info is missing and it also looks horrible. What were they thinking?

The only way you can really keep up with what’s on at The Depot but it’s so clunky to use and just horrible to look at. Great cinema but a missed opportunity on the app guys.
