Not for actual depression
Not at all helpful. The first thing it tells you to do is clean up your surroundings. That’s impossible when you are truly depressed. If you can’t complete that you fail. Also eat and drink? Please.
Got scolded for not using app
Downloaded app and had a play trying to find my way around it then didnt use it for a couple of days as I was wanting to give myself a break from technology due to my depressive state. I came back to use the app to document things Id done over them three days only to have a screen appear with an angry cartoon figure informing me that I must use the app every day if it was going to be of any benefit! This immediately made me feel worse than I already did so have deleted the app - I dont need that kind of negativity in my life when Im already feeling low thank you very much!
