5/5
Great selection of beverages and top atmosphere in the pubs
Incredible App
The app allows you to pre order on arrival. This is a great feature that saves time. Only issue in-app is ordering half an Owen Taylor’s pork pie, only a whole pork pie is available.
Great watering hole
Always have a great afternoon /evening at the Hole in the Wall. Great atmosphere with a true village vibe, making it warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are fabulous, friendly, attentive and always make you feel at home. A brilliant little local pub, see you on Saturday 😎
Great app
I’ve used this for years and has always worked well and been easy to navigate. Menu is updated regularly and love being able to build up loyalty points. Helps when the bar is busy too and you’ve already secured a seat. Always leave a tip!
Top pons for top people
Fantastic app always up to date and bursting with great choices! Top pints in top places!
Great local
My old bank is a much more enjoyable place these days!
Hole in the Wall
Excellent little pub with great beer, great atmosphere & great staff, especially Ness & Becks 👍🏼
Love it here
Always so friendly and good atmosphere!
Quality throughout
Great people, wonderful staff. My go to pub In Mickleover. Just keep on doing what you’re doing!!!
Brilliant!
Never had any problems with the app, you get points on every order which you can spend in any of the pubs and it’s very simple and easy to use.
Great app
Works really well!
Supper App
I downloaded this app purely for research, obviously. Now, my phone screen is permanently sticky, and I seem to be walking slightly to the left.
The app promises to be a digital guide to Derby's glorious beer scene, and it mostly delivers! The interface is slicker than a freshly pulled pint of mild, and the 'Find the Nearest Pub' feature is dangerously efficient. I used to spend hours wandering aimlessly, connecting with my spiritual thirst. Now, I'm at the bar within 15 minutes. It's ruined my aerobic activity entirely.
My only complaint, and the reason for the missing star: it doesn't have a feature that magically transports me home after I've 'researched' too enthusiastically. I'd pay extra for a button that summons a sensible taxi driver who doesn't judge my life choices.
Pro Tip: Do not use the app's 'Shake to Refresh' function while holding a full glass. That lesson cost me £5.50 and a dry cleaning bill.
In summary: If you like beer and you like Derby, this app is better than finding a spare £20 in an old coat pocket. Just maybe use it with the sound off when your boss is around.

Awesome app, so easy to use, love the points system!!
Hitw is brilliant
It’s brilliant as my mate orders us a pint from Cornwall while we were in the pub
Great app. Could be better
Doesn’t seem to work when in the tap on match days. Other than that, great app.
Awesome app!
Solves the life long conundrum of find a table or go to the bar first… place that order from the comfort of your barstool. Watch the sweet sweet points build up and pretend to yourself that you’re not going to cash them in at the earliest opportunity.
Great
Simple to use app, collect points to spend in all DBC pubs, might be a good idea to use a QR code linked to bank account when ordering at bar
Not the best bar app
Boooo
Excellent app
I’ve been using this since the day it launched and I find it excellent and easy to use. Nice to have table service in a busy bar and the points are a definite bonus. As with anything there might be occasional niggles but for the most part this is a gift. I wish more pubs did it.
