Online ordering is a joke
Came here to see if there was an app. Find the app available is from the same company you have to use ordering online. I love Derby City pizza - but online ordering ruins the experience. For over a year now, any time I order online, I’ve qualified for a promo discount on the order. It just pops up that it’s available. I add in the discount, the online order will not process - an error message pops up stating that the discount cannot be processed. I then call the store to order and ask for the discount. Store states that it can’t be used. You do not build a customer base by YOU throwing out a discount, then saying you can’t have it. This has happened with every online order I’ve ever tried. It’s a “happy customer” killer
