The comments forums of Derbyshire Live are only supportive of all Beaufort1’s comments but no one else’s, so much so that Derbyshire Live has now become unreadable whilst Leigh Curtis’s Derby County fantasies have degenerative into a complete farce- for heaven’s sake why is he not sacked as a 2 year old would show far more intelligence and knowledge about Derby County.

Derby Telegraph is an absolutely no news whatsoever rag other than what has been copied pasted and repeatedly regurgitated daily week in and week out for donkey’s years. from Facebook, X, What’s App and Twitter. The Lord alone knows how the journalists spend their working lives whilst contributing nothing whatsoever to the community that they are paid to serve as it appears that they never get out of their beds.

Sadly a long way to go.
News reports way way out of date. Censorship would make Russia proud. No comments allowed at a ridiculous level.
News or history !!
Why is the news that happened up to 8 weeks ago still in the news sections- surely there should be a cut off date of 2 weeks maximum after a story has first been reported. It makes looking for recent news more difficult.

Update came on screen, so updated now it says can’t configure the app rubbish.
App won’t configure
Tried numerous times to open the app after downloading and it won’t configure. This has only happened since most recent update. Trying to find app support or similar is impossible. Fix this bug please

Well was doing ok until I updated app and now can't open it even after reinstalling it several times , well done 👏🏽👏🏽
Dark mode
Time and other phone info can’t be seen in Dark Mode. When I use the app, if I click on a story it throws me out of the app, I have to go back in and then everything is ok. Two faults I’m experiencing.
Terrible app
Full of woke journalism, heavily edited comments to meet their agendas. Don’t bother with this app as the stories are very poorly presented and not fact checked, reminds me of a poor school rag

Was ok until latest update
Cannot read to the end of an artical without it throwing me off the website, would’ve rated more otherwise. Waste of time if you can’t read the end of the artical when scrolling down.
Was all good until updated
After the update every artical I read throws me off the website when I scroll down to read the end, so basically when I scroll down to the end of an artical it throws me off completely.

Bloody awful new app
What have you done the app is now inaccessible and counter intuitive. Nobody can use it. It’s ridiculous it won’t load properly and your individual choices mean you can’t see anything. Really shot yourselves in the foot with this one hope you didn’t pay to much to have this designed. It flipping useless

The Home Feed is now our editorial voice of DerbyshireLive and your personal choices have moved to the My News Tab, where you can see an entire feed of your favourite topics, or view them individually using the scrolling navigation. Of course you can change your choices and reorder them at any time by tapping the Edit button at the top. The Reach PLC News Team.

Why have DL disabled comments on most stories? Reading the associated comments are the opinions of the readers - the best part of this “local” rag!
TAP TO VIEW LATEST NEWS
WHY? The app should automatically keep everyone up to date without having to tap the annoying pop ups. And why are some of the articles written by infants? Then there’s the out of focus maps and lack of links to sites mentioned in the articles. You could do a lot better, but I don’t think you read these feedback, or you can’t be bothered.

Absolutely horrendous amount of cookies to manually opt out of so called ‘legitimate interest’. A total lack of privacy with no option to reject all.
Couple that with substandard articles and this app just isn’t worth having any more.
