Not working since the update
The most recent update has caused issues and now the app does not work? It didn’t work well previously but now doesn’t work at all!

always worked fine for me, if you have low data/poor internet connection obviously an internet app won’t work well. improvements to their login system would be very appreciated though in term of logging in, as in not having to log in every time you want to use it basically. however i feel that may be something to do with microsoft’s system as i’ve always experienced that but still wouldn’t hurt.

Slow, difficult, and super unfriendly to use
Such a slow app. Have to log in every time, even with Face ID activated. If you have a weak data/wifi signal it just doesn’t work. Worst app I’ve ever needed to use. Much easier to log into the website version.
Awful
Have to sign in EVERY TIME to the app with full student no and strong password even with Touch ID on. Course resources inaccessible on there too which is the main reason why I use UDO. Pointless and effort heavy app.
Black screen
Upon opening this app your are greeted by a black screen which never goes away, basically the app doesn’t work at all and has been that way for over a year!

Rubbish
It’s needed for my study as a new student and it’s just saying error, then when l got in it won’t let you open photo upload that is needed for your id card. They have this authenticity app which is an actual nightmare because it’s so slow in verifying your id that it is asking you to do it again. It’s then signing me out..it’s driving me mad. Sort out please derby uni.

Since the course resources update I can no longer log into it, get an error message. Not particularly helpful when I have work to be doing

Update ruined it
New update just stopped the app working completely. Every time I open it, it’s just a blank screen.
Dreadful
A not so good app that constantly fails to log you in with your finger print. Then has glitches and is in general rubbish
Change it back
New update is the worst thing to ever happen, ever. You can no longer view your timetable or emails; and course resources has just disappointed. Please change it back this was a really useful app which is now unusable and I don’t know when any of my lectures are

Could not use
Could not log in. Every time I tried the continue button just greyed out and did nothing even though it was the correct username and password. Shame as this app would have really come in useful.
