Product is great, app is terrible
I highly recommend the Dermaclara product but this app is terrible. The app shows one price but it changes once you add to cart. I've repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription but get an error code each time and haven't heard back from customer care. Ironically I'm trying to purchase more product and get it shipped quicker, but the app makes it sooo hard. If I can figure out how to cancel my subscription without being completely turned off by this brand, I'll be deleting the app and making all future orders online. Learn from my mistakes and just place your orders in a web browser!
