I’ve had a rough 5 months and I was excited to do this and bring me to login no create profile I nearly had a heart att can we fix this now please?
Disappointed
I downloaded the app and it gave me no way to sign up just sign in options after trying forever and a day I deleted it :(
DermEngine & IPhones 15pro
Taking molescope photos in the DermEngine app with my iPhone 15 pro has become impossible—- I never had a problem with iPhone 14 pro.
This has been very frustrating and embarrassing— especially having to explain the problem to my patients.
I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app— it was still the same error of a blank screen!

Can’t create account
Opening screen goes right to login, no place to create an account. Fail.
Useless
Tried to get this working - could not log on or register- delegated and moved onto other apps for my skin check.
This is a scam
There is no app, they make you sign in, then a page open where they ask personal information. When you submit they say you’ll be contacted fir a demo… the information about the demo is hidden at the top. How does someone report this to Apple? I’m guessing the reviews are all fake.
Good app that saved me
My doctor used this app and saved tons of my time. I would definitely recommend this to other skin doctors
Excellent app and web platform
Currently have a account that manages 3 clinics and 8 doctors. Communications and organization between clinics is excellent. And perfect for business intelligence that adds to its daily dermatology features.

Every time I think of something that could improve the software, they are already ahead if the game and release it.

I’ve had DermEngine Professional Account for a year. I cannot say enough praises about this platform - patient organization is incredibly easy.
Nice features
Was on the free trial for desktop. Uploading images is quick and I like the patient profile layout with the interactive body map. Worth upgrading plans.

Great user interface
I just upgraded to the standard account so that I can store more derm images! Super impressed with mole mapping on the virtual human, it makes skin spot tracking much easier. Keep it up!
Convenient patient management
I signed up for the free trial a while back now to see how the Visual Search works. I’m thoroughly impressed. It’s had a huge impact on the way I review patient cases.
Innovative App
Using the app for basic patient management and it works quite well. They keep rolling out new features and improving it, which is nice.
Login doesn’t work
Tried every way possible to get past the logon screen. It is just not possible.
Best dermoscopy app
After trying few other apps this has been the best and we are extremely happy with it. Cloud base, easy to use and offers much more than just a photo storage app!

Indispensable to my practice - quick, reliable, intuitive
Way ahead of any other dermoscopic imaging systems I have tried. I use it with a DermliteDL4 and my iPhone6 with Magneticonnect adaptor (also works with iPodTouch.) Touch screen, wireless rapid upload, easy to add old images, easy to compare images, easy to do full body imaging (and the avatar has sides as well as front and back!) You do need a quick internet connection for rapid synchronization with DetmEngine on your large screen. Software support is great.
