I was honestly blown away by how fast and high quality the experience was. I submitted my questions about Botox and other possible treatments that could be done ASAP as my wedding is rapidly approaching and another provider fell through. I received a thoughtful, detailed response from a Dr. Fawaz much quicker than I expected. I was able to start with recommended products the same day and meet with Dr. Fawaz soon after to begin treatments.

Dr. Fawaz was able to respond to my visit submission very quickly and provided me with effective treatment options that met me where I was in my skin care journey. Explained things very well. Answered all my questions. The app was very user friendly and made it so easy to get proscriptions at my local pharmacy!

I recently utilized DermHub and was very satisfied with the services there, they were beyond my expectations in comparison to other medical apps I have used. Although I did not have an emergent situation, I was able to get a diagnosis, treatment plan and resolution for my issue in a matter of hours, not days. The important points that I appreciated about this site were, first of all, the intake questionnaire is very user friendly (even for me, being a senior), next, you receive a timely response by an actual board certified dermatologist (no receptionist or middleman involved), and finally, efficient and professional services that offer a follow up as needed. I would definitely recommend using DermHub for any dermatalogic concerns.

Very happy I stumbled upon this incredible application. I was able to get a consultation with a physician within minutes, who properly diagnosed me and treated my skin problem (hair loss!). The application is user friendly, and supports people who otherwise have difficult accessing care whether due to time constraints or travel concerns.
