Inappropriate balance showing

Main balance inside app shows one but exact one never gets updated on time even though customer service says after 12am it synchronizes automatically with server!

This app is downgrading day by day. Even now it shows blank usage of everything from last 5 months. Desco should update their app. Very disgusting app.

Accounts unable to add

My previous postpaid account vanished automatically from app, my this time my meter converted to prepaid. Now I am unable to add my account as prepaid, it’s show postpaid already added. But how I can delete previous one as it’s vanished from app? This bug need to fixed.
