App won’t load
App won’t open it just “waits for a secure connection” for over 10 minutes before I give up
Frustrating app
Not worthy of one star. Constantly logs me out. Can’t change password from the app. Such a frustrating experience.
Can’t even get into the app
The app won’t allow you to use your apple passwords, or toggle between your passwords and the app itself. The app also won’t allow you to reset your password from the app.
Still trying to get into the app to even access my card and it’s been 20 minutes. I’ve requested a password reset three times from the app and still haven’t gotten even one email. Good luck getting in to the app to do anything.

Quit working
I used to love it. But there’s no way to delete an old card and my balance no longer syncs. I called the number listed and the girl couldn’t help me. She told me to the call the number in the app which was the number I called to get her!
Works too well
It works.
I like the on and off switch.
It would be nice to be able to unblock to process a charge that we know it's ours and it's in different location than specified.
