Current issue
I have subscribed recently. Unfortunately can’t find the current issue of the magazine,though the 17th issue is already been published. Please update the app or do whatever to bring us the current issues every month. If you can’t get me the current issues I better get it from my newspaper person.

I renewed my subscription from AppStore yet there is no access
I renewed my subscription for one year after it expired. The payment is showing successful and the subscription status is showing active. Yet I’m unable to read magazine as the status isn’t reflecting in the app. It’s been more than 24 hours now and yet it is showing this way. When I’m clicking subscribe again it say “you are already subscribed till July 2023”. The worst part is there is no dedicated customer support id or number to help with this issue. I paid my money, yet I can’t access the magazines. Refund my money if you can’t help. For other, I’ll ask you to stay away from this app.
