What happened to the easy understanding Cricut?
Oh my gosh. I was off my Cricut for a bit. Now, I’m working on a wedding. I cannot for the life of me figure out all the changes that have occurred since I was last using it. This is a nightmare.

No instructions come with the machine. The online instructions are not thorough.
This app is garbage. They will steal your money
It didn’t even give me the option to cancel before the free trial expired. Now my account will not let me download anything until the $7 charge is settled. But I’m not settling a $7 charge for an app I don’t even have.

I never subscribed for this, and was charged a $10 fee through the app store. The app is so bad i cant even tell where or how my email is even assosicated. 0 stars.

I really don’t understand how this hasn’t been pulled from the app store, as it is posing as being from CRICUT but it is not. Proceed with caution!

Only after purchasing and trying move between ios and my Cricut desktop software it became obvious that this app/developers are nothing to do with Cricut.
They have copied Cricut logo and named it “design space” which is the official Cricut design software.
Refund requested via Apple.

Confused
I bought this app because of all the awesome things I thought I could do with it on my Cricut Joy, but little did I know it won’t work at all. I paid the $39.99 for a lifetime and now I am not sure how to use it. Any suggestions?
