Can’t complete task
Is kid not a kid at 15? Dancing isn’t counting in tasks.

Since the last update of your app, I've been experiencing an issue that I unfortunately can't seem to solve.
I was particularly pleased and satisfied with the furniture, decorations, and new stories added in the update.
However, I'm completely unable to access the Zen Japanese event or the 16 decorations that are supposed to be unlocked during the event. When I go into the "Home Goods Store" and click on "Event Decor" I do see the "Japanese Zen" event. When I click on it, there are 16 available furniture items to collect. However, I am absolutely not able to collect them. I already finished every new story you just added, but none of them made it possible for me to collect any of these pieces of furniture. I have a promotion page selling "Kimono Outfits" for the next ten days, but there are no indications that it’s a required purchase to access the Event Decor Items and if that is the case, it is really disappointing to have to pay cash for it, especially since it’s not mentioned. And if that promotion is not related or required to access the Japanese Zen Event and its items, then I have no idea what I am supposed to do in order to collect them, which again, is disappointing since it looks like it is a limited time event. I would really appreciate it if you could either explain how to unlock this event or fix the issue, as soon as possible please.
I really love your game, actually, I’ve never been this patient or dedicated to a game. Usually, like most people, once I finish it, I just stop playing it or uninstall it, when updates take that long to drop (one per month). But with this one, I’m actually sticking around and waiting for new content to drop so I can keep playing and advancing.
I actually 'finished' the game several months ago—all houses are unlocked and rented out, the storylines are complete, and my career is fully advanced, etc. Since then, I've been stuck in the same repetitive loop that many other players mention in their reviews. I just coast along until a new update drops each month, allowing me to finally progress again, only to hit the end and repeat the waiting cycle all over again.
In short, that's precisely why I was so excited and eager to discover the new features this update would bring. However, although I really like almost all of the new features, I'm encountering that major problem. I really hope you can provide an answer and help me as soon as possible please. Have a nice day :)

hi i love this game i just think it's a super long and complicated process to level up their intellect, health, etc. it would be nice if the bookshelves could do +20 rather than +6 since i need to get to 200+ to level up enough to be able to level up on the job(which has taken me 3 weeks to level up just the intelligence one time, i haven't made any progress with the job).i also miss the detail where we could get 5 gems for logging in every day- now the only way to get them is ads, or buying them. this is also an inconvenience because i have the whole kitchen set except for two items that coat almost 200 gems each- i can't detail the house how i'd prefer to. EDIT: ALSO, why can we only upgrade our homes for 30$ that's half a tank of gas. pls update it so that we can use our game money ......

Fun for 5 minutes
Everything they do is timed, you can’t cancel once they start , and the timer does NOT keep going once you close the game. For example, you make them do a workout that is 4 minutes long, if you exit the app the timer pauses. This forces you to stay on the game to get anything done !!!!! The only timers that go are the ones that collect rent and work task. This game is not fun enough to force people to stay in the app!!!!!!!!! Also the ads are overwhelming , MAINLY because even if the ad itself is short, the time it takes for the X to pop up to exit is extremely annoying and it’s CONSTANT!

Seems like it has potential to be a good game only problems are you run of of energy fast and it takes a good while to refill and there not many ways to earn money and what you can is not much compared to the price of stuff for your home.

The exercise 30 times on the weekly planner does not work and has not worked for about two months. And of course the developers made it to where they cannot be contacted, so we just have to deal with it. This is the reason I refuse to spend any money on this game. Also it takes literally FOREVER for them to update the game and when they finally do, there are never any new clothing items and never any separate items for the teen of the house. This game gives me “bare minimum” vibes. Do better if you want us to actually spend money. Waiting one to two months for updates is ridiculous and fix the glitches. Also, there are 3 homes right now they say they can be earned with a key. A key you say?? There is no such key! I have 3014 stars and the homes say you have to have at least 60 or 103 stars and a key. I have played and played and played and there is no key. It’s a lie to get you to purchase the houses for 30 bucks. 😒

I really enjoy the game, but the Weekly Planner needs some work. It sometimes gives goals that are impossible to complete based on where your family is in the game. For example, I received “Talk to the kid 15 times,” but my child has already aged into a teen, so talking to him doesn’t count at all. That means I can’t complete the goal and can miss out on weekly prizes through no fault of my own. Weekly goals should only be assigned if your current family can actually complete them, or there should be a way to swap an impossible goal. I’ve missed out on several prizes because of this. Please fix this!

Fun game, some bugs 😞
The game itself is fun and it’s easy to get energy but the adds have bugs and after sitting through the entire add it freezes or doesn’t give you a way to exit so you lose any benefits you would have gotten.

This game is great and I really don’t have any other complaints other then there is no new levels and the three houses available you have to buy them with real money and not the keys they give you in the game

Good and bad
I live this game sm like i deleted half of my game apps for this and thats the problem. There is too much bug issues but i love it. Its so realistic. Its just like the “Elmwood Trail”. I recommend u play that too.

Love this game. I wish some of the houses you didn’t have to pay for in app purchases but I love it apart from that.
