I rated this game a one star because 1 when I got the app when I went is it was white and I couldn’t even play so I was going to redownload this and it was asking me for credit card information even though I remember this game being free so please try to fix it

I had recently had this game but when I opened the game I had found out that there is only 3 people to choose from.then more than half of the clothing is locked.Then the game looks like it is from 1999 it looks so old after i saw that I quickly deleted the game please fix.
