Please make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then try the Restore Purchases option again. If the issue continues, we recommend restarting the app or your device and trying once more. To clarify, this app is an independent companion tool and is not the official Cricut app. We try to make this clear in the app description and details, but we understand it can still be confusing at times. Regarding refunds, all purchases are handled directly by Apple. If you’re eligible for a refund, Apple Support is the best way to request it, as developers don’t have access to process payments. We understand how this could be confusing, and we’re continually working to make this clearer in our app details. Regarding cancellation, all subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID in the App Store. You can cancel anytime from your device’s subscription settings, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Developers don’t have the ability to cancel subscriptions on a user’s behalf. If you need help locating the subscription settings or have questions about how the app works, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
