Design Pine is the original pre primed H3 LOSP treated pine timber for exterior use. We now bring you a Span App for the timber carpenters and builders love to use. The Design Pine Span App will help you specify/select the correct timber size and strength grade for Rafters, Roof Beams, Ridge Beams, Bearers, Joists or Posts for your next project. Design Pine F7, GL8 and GL10 is manufactured to AS 5068-2006: Timber – Finger Joints in Structural Products and AS/NZS 1328-1996: Glued Laminated structural timber. Design loads and deflection criteria have been determined from AS/NZS 1170.0:2002, AS/NZS 1170.1:2002 Structural Design Actions and AS4055-2021 Wind loads for housing. And the following Australian Standards for design: AS 1720.1-2010 Timber Structures - Design Methods and AS 1720.3-2016 Timber Structures – Design criteria for timber framed residential buildings.
