App is Garbage

This is probably the worst app I have ever used. There’s no decent documentation on how to sync stats to your Fitbit or even how to use the app. I thought I figured it out, but the app doesn’t work consistently. Support is little help as all they have to work with is knowledge articles so you can’t really get support if it’s a complex problem. It’s too bad as the DeskCycle is a solid piece of equipment. The app and corresponding support degrade the experience. One star for this app is one star too many.

DeskCycle equals useless

Useless App! The company needs to find a fix to the app, it’s constantly not working.

Server Error

Everything I do returns a server error. Create an account, server error. Try to create again, server error and email already used. Go to login with said email, server error. Try to do forgot password, server error. What a joke! The bike is nice but it’s a boat anchor as far as I’m concerned without being able to connect it to anything. Last update to the app was over a year ago so there seems to be little hope of support.

If you’re thinking about buying the bike because of being able to connect it to Apple health, don’t waste your money like I did.

Works great!

I purchased the DeskCycle Bluetooth sensor from Amazon. It automatically records all of my DeskCycle activity. I love that I can set goals. I can easily get 15,000 steps per day while working at my desk. Thank You!

Useless

I can’t log into the app. I’ve never been able. Contacted customer service and they act like it’s user malfunction, want pictures of errors, and then tell you to reset your password and use incognito. I did all that before contacting them and even installed and reinstalled app. Nothing works. There is no functionality or customer service behind the app.
