They charge you without your consent. Don’t refund. And expire credits even though advertise that they don’t expire credits.

Questionable business pracice
We are corporate customer. Decided to support Deskimo startup despite we are already tenant in another cosharing site on a 2 years tenancy.
Pay first payment for credit when sign up. Subsequently deduct payments without our consent. They apologise but never refund the wrongly charge amount.
Booking is not immediate as the app has to depend on the owner to approve. So we have our booking cancelled after a day of pending.
Desk booking slot changed from Hourly to Daily without any explanation.
To date have not received the refund (for charging without consent) and a dismay they have zero all our advance credit.
