Inutilizzabile post aggiornamento
Con la migrazione alla nuova UI e interfaccia AI-connected, l’applicazione è diventata inutilizzabile da iPad rendendola inoltre poco intuitiva nel suo utilizzo.

it was an amazing app. i was always using it while doing my post but you destroyed it. its literally unusable right now.

Bestehendes plus Abo wird nicht erkannt, nicht genutzt. Zwang zu neuem Upgrade. Sonst Verlust der Daten. Ein Fall für eine Apple-Beschwerde.

No funciona su función de creación de imágenes IA
Ladrones, sin taparse
Hace un año me descargué la aplicación, y me suscribí a una semana gratis del plan de pago para probar. Bien, funcionó un día la aplicación y NO ME VOLVIÓ A DEJAR ENTRAR. Que conllevó esto ? Que acabase el periodo de prueba y me cobrasen unos 70-80€ sin poder haber cancelado antes, y que no te engañen, lo intente a través de la app, de la web, de todos lados. En la app seguía sin poder entrar, por lo que envié durante días mails a la empresa, a varios mails distintos que puedes encontrar en la web, app y demás y siempre con 0 respuesta. PERO AHORA VIENE LO MEJOR. Me olvidé de ello, me fui sin mi dinero y esperando alguna respuesta, me olvidé. Bien, hoy, un después MI BANCO HA BLOQUEADO EL COBRO DE LA SUSCRIPCIÓN ANUAL PORQUE INTUYE QUE ES INA ESTAFA, HASTA EL BANCO LO SABE. Un cargo de 85,10 y lo puedo demostrar. Una pena que no me deje adjuntar fotos.

Waste of time
After I made an account that required my email information, It didn’t let me use the app without paying an expensive price. And they didn’t let me delete my account with them oncr I saw literally everything was behind a paywall

Was good but after meeting or selling to fleur. App is buggy. Can’t upload pictures. Have to find a work around for an ad to be able to access content. Says it’s free but will lock you down by saying you must upgrade. can’t access my assets anymore. Things constantly deleting.
App locked up and unresponsive
Loaded app and went through set up. Screen says “your workspace is ready” and we’re stuck on that screen. The end.

Ya no dan una opción gratuita. Tenía varios trabajos y ya no puedo acceder a ellos a no ser que pague la suscripción
They force you to pay a subscription with a pop that cannot be closed
I used this app for a while before it started forcing users to pay an overpriced subscription just to use the app. Now I'm going to delete my account with them and find an alternative, because a popup for a subscription that has no option to close is unacceptable.
Devs are getting greedy i guess?
Why every single app these days has to have useless ai features?Now i cannot use it for free anymore

Después de la actualización en iPhone, se queda trabada en su anuncio de suscripción y no permite pasar a los diseños que ya se tenían.

I made an account years ago and I’ve had this app for a long time but now it says my account never existed even if I put my password and email so all of my collages are gone now so thanks for deleting my account Desygner

Avant l’appli disposait d’une version gratuite très complète, désormais on est obligé de payé pour y accéder et c’est pas donné, autant changer d’application malheureusement

Not as good as it used to be
It’s not as good as it used to be now that they are pretty much forcing a subscription now, the weekly doesn’t look bad but it can get costly overtime. Just another business or whatever falling greed.
Can not access account!!
I already have an account and don’t want to upgrade but the ad for upgrading prevents the use of the app. This needs to be fixed. App is unusable unless you want to upgrade to a paid plan so all of your content is held hostage…which is illegal since that is not what you signed up for.
It doesn’t let me use it anymore
I tried opening the app and now it’s just FORCING the option to pay for using it when it was just optional and I’ve never had this problem before. That needs to be fixed or removed as soon as possible.

Do not bother
Impossible to use, doesn’t remember what you have worked on, requires you to log in thru 2 screens after navigating away from page, poor resolution images, doesn’t save projects in logical fashion. AI generation is patchy. Frustrating time wasting experience.
