Changing the language doesn‘t work

The app offers the option to switch it to English, but that doesn‘t work. It stays in Danish.

Why isn’t this app able to change into English

Copenhagen is an international city and the Royal Opera is a must. Very disappointed that the website supports Danish and English but the app only Danish as my tickets get delivered in the app and there are other features I’d like to use
