As soon as I downloaded this app they charged A$ 78.56 from my card (Apple account) and then when I want to download the video I created I couldn’t allow to download the video without without mark, and they charged me again A$19.99 dollars which is for the monthly subscription. Total Scam! If you download this app you will be charged immediately. I want my money back.

Bugs
I like this app, but there are some bugs that need working out. For the first time today, when I switch from one source to another source during editing, the audio completely goes away. I have shut down the app, shut down my phone, and tried it on two different videos and the same thing as happening on both videos.

Can’t go LIVE
I’m looking into streaming on 2 platforms YouTube and twitch and came across this app which is not allowing me to actually go LIVE and on top of that I paid for a year subscription, can’t get a refund from apple also no help from the detail app itself

We should be able to record the video with NO headphones and still hear the video out loud as we record. It’s the main reason I don’t use this app

Every time I shoot a reaction video the audio goes out of sync whenever I pause the background video.

The app was working really great but in the middle of recording the script will just reset itself and go all the way back to the beginning and i can never finish a whole script anymore
Best reaction app
The rest is lacking. The editing is hard to do. Edits and CapCut are much better but I would like to see Detail improve because I like the reaction with URL feature. It’s rare. The masking feature is TERRIBLE. OTHER APPS figure this out without the grainy distortion.
Exceptional Customer Service, Even Better Content Tool
I rarely bother to give a review but I absolutely have to. Your customer service is impeccable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t believe they took the time to answer every question I’ve asked on multiple videos on their YouTube channel. Each answer has been helpful and made me more sure that I made the right investment. I gamble and paid for the full year. No regrets. I am excited to get rid of some old tools I was using officially and replace them with yours in my SOPs. My only critical feedback right now is that so far I can only use it in the app and not the desktop. In also would love a way to add a team member to help with editing the content I record. Otherwise this tool is way better than I imagined.

Awful interface
Terrible video editing capabilities. You can’t rewind videos or change the speed of the teleprompter. It goes way too fast, there’s no way to slow it down. It also won’t let you delete the first clip you record for overlays if you don’t like it. It literally says the first clip is undeletable once it’s made, so you have to delete the entire project and start over. A waste of my time.
