I was pleased to see a newer detective United game and the return of the James Blackthorne character voiced by Brad Ziffer. But Lord, the new artwork for James makes him look like a serial killer. Yikes. I also didn’t appreciate the AI voice for Ewan, it was beyond monotone and robotic. Frankly, everyone sounded a little off.
The game itself was fun and had some very challenging puzzles, so that was a plus

No map after purchase
I sent a message to you regarding this issue and still no update. I enjoyed this game enough to purchase, but after purchasing and going in to play the map disappeared. Do you have a fix for this? Very disappointing to look forward to your new games to only discover issues or game play problems. Your new release for paranormal files is small screen and I cannot even read the print it is so small. I contacted you regarding this.I’ve played all your games and have purchased all of them, but it’s been awhile since your releases seem to have hone downhill.

Enjoyable game
I liked the game and it was great to see James back again. Shame though the image of him wasn’t the same as all the other games with him in. Couple of glitches with regard to the mini puzzles in that items wouldn’t do what they were supposed to do. But apart from that still an enjoyable game. Off to play the bonus game now.

Slightly different perspective (Edit)
Enjoying this new look. Has the feel of the crew, but haven’t encountered Richard. He may appear yet. Had the sense that he’s being avoided. So very distinctive. Some new puzzles, but also a few glitches which am sure you will iron out. It’s fresh and fun and hope there are more in the pipeline! I now see what was meant in the other review about Richard. His voice isn’t consistent either: first Brit then American. It’s a pity because his snark was great fun. Something to work on!!!

Enjoyed it enough to purchase but
This is much better than your last release in this series. I only gave 3 stars due to an issue after purchase. I had a map in the trial version after purchase the map is gone. I deleted the game and reinstalled still no map. Is this an issue you can fix?
James is back
The game wasn’t bad game, but the characters and the voices were different especially Richard. I like the others better but better but that is just my opinion. The storyline was good and having James back was nice. Everything worked great I just have to get used to the voice difference and the characters looking a little different.
