Low accuracy
Works well for certain symbols, but for a lot of symbols it doesn't work at all, which makes it not that useful for general purpose.

A great implementation of Detexify for iOS
With DeTeXt, Venkata has leveraged the power of Detexity and brought it to a pretty and functional native iOS. app. This app works well, and very helpfully finds the LaTeX command for the symbols that you draw, saving a lot of looking up. I am very grateful for this.

With DeTeXt, Venkata has leveraged the power of Detexity and brought it to a pretty and functional native iOS and macOS apps (the offical Detexify macOS app is literally unusuable). If you have managed to stumble onto this app you already know what LaTeX is and have probably fallen victim to typing random abbreviations into your editor just to find the proper symbol. This fixes that. Developer, if you read this I just want you to know that this has saved me so much time and headache. I, as a fellow human who uses LaTeX, wish the absolute best for you and yours. DeTeXt Problems
I can’t even use it once. I have tried deleting it, reinstalling, closing it and then opening again. And it still freezes the instant it opens and won’t let me draw, search, or go to the help section. I though this app would be good with the amount of good reviews I’ve seen. But I can’t even get it to function once. Thumbs down, sorry.😐👎🏻
