This app is really bad
Basically does not work, won’t show you your tickets. The link to ticketmaster should not be needed and doesn’t work anyway.

Why this app does not have a link to current standings is .,,,, incomprehensible. Seriously?

This App is a disgrace. I am so tired of going in the building with no tickets and waiting in line with many others having the same problem. Go back to paper for all our sakes.
Another TicketMaster Master Class
Tickets are nearly inaccessible. Constantly have to logout and the account linking process required multiple logins afterwards. If it wasn’t for the ability to add the tickets to my Apple Wallet on those rare instances when the app is working, then I’m not sure I’d actually be able to get into the arena on game day. The rest of the app is put together quite nicely, but, as TicketMaster does with most things they interface with, they’ve completely ruined the user experience. It’s the type of performance you’d expect from a company that has no actual competition. Why would they put effort into improving anything? Their customers can’t really use anything else…

Perfect Fan App
One downside is how fast it is to post goal notifications. It’s often 20-50 seconds ahead of most feeds I watch so i got spoilers until i muted notifications. Delay it by 90 seconds and no one will know the difference. I do miss the goal horn!
Mediocre to Terrible
The app is often slow and takes multiple attempts to sell tickets through the exchange. The last time I used my season tickets, I was locked out of the app and had to use a friend's phone to sign up and get my own tickets. The app is also poorly designed and difficult to navigate. One of the worst apps I've experienced.

Can’t access my tickets
Iphone SE2 with iOS 17.7. Get an API error and cannot access my tickets. Ticketmaster online says to download the red wings app and has no way to add to apple wallet on safari. At this point, i cant get my tickets via online nor the red wings app.

So thankful for this app I hate the NHL app and hate Bally or whatever it’s called now with a passion great to be able to just follow my wings
Needs work
This app gets the job done, but barely. Every time I open it there seems to be an issue with refreshing something. An error box almost always pops up regardless of what I’m trying to do. It makes me stressed getting into every game :(
No ability to Chromecast?!

Can’t rotate videos
Not sure if this is a problem for everyone, but I cannot always full screen the videos. This mainly happens for the live videos, with screen rotation locked or unlocked it won’t full screen.
Does not work
I tried accessing my tickets to add onto my wallet, but the app simply does not allow me to do so. As a season ticket holder, it’s so disappointing to be experiencing this.
