No actual hot sauce
They have a bunch of flavors for little kids and their “hot sauce” is mild at best and they don’t have any legit hotter options that aren’t watered down by sweetness. Also no option between 10pc and 20pc is annoying

Weird UI choices
Weird choice to make the bottom bar icons scale when you pinch to zoom the intro screen.
Update: The entire UI scales when you pinch to zoom? Apart from that, if there are going to be large essentially ads at the start of opening the app, please make the “x” to close more visible.

Over Committed Never Delivered
There App must allow more orders than the facility can handle. I arrived to pick up my 7:30 wings at 7:25 and heard the person at the register updating the dozen folks inside that the 7pm wings would be ready in an hour, but they could cancel if they wanted. With all of today’s technologies, they need to be able to notify people of delays of more than 15 minutes. Robo calls, text, email, app notifications or go crazy and the GM could make the call themselves. Their wings are good, but their disrespect for their customer’s time will not allow me to order from them again. App is being removed.

App keeps crashing
Just downloaded and the app keeps crashing. Redownloaded twice and the same result.
App will not open
This app worked fine when first installed. Now it won’t open. My sister had the same problem on her phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. It’s been going on about two months. No updates found to fix this problem. Useless.

I logged into into the app and listed my previous orders. I opened my most recent order and reviewed the items that were shown in it, and it was correct. Under actions when I clicked order this again, the only thing that showed up in the new order was the last item on my previous order, instead of all of the items. Strike one.
After I manually added the missing items to the new order and went to the checkout to the checkout page, it wouldn’t let me pay with Apple Pay. The only option was to add a new card to be put on file. I don’t want my card on file with any more people than absolutely necessary for security reasons. Make it work with Apple Pay. Strike two.

Won’t Open
I liked this app when I first installed it but for probably a month now it won’t open. My sister is having the same problem. I just uninstalled and hoping for success on the reinstall. Please fix this with an update.

I’ve known about DWC since before they opened a storefront in my city and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. Everything I order is delicious and every-time I order there’s zero call backs.
Where is Apple Pay Support
I love Detroit Wing Company but I had always paid online with Apple Pay but now that you have your new app there is no option to use Apple Pay online. Would love to see this get added. Thanks! 😊

Unusable - crashes on launch
Apparently this app has been completely unusable for 2.5 months but hasn't been fixed. Just crashes upon opening....
