What a waste.

A rare and hugely disappointing miss from Radian Games :-( The difficulty is all wrong and the movement stick feels floaty and unresponsive. This makes the experience as a whole frustrating and just not fun.
THE FIX FIXED IT
This is MUCH better controlling after the Sept update. radiangames (one guy?) pays attention to what us fans say. Thank you! (INFERNO 2 is still my favorite)
Close to being great
Nice visuals and smooth graphics make this a solid overhead shooter. The limitation of 3 lives and restarting a level, with all enemies respawning, every time you die really takes away from any fun you would otherwise have playing the game. The music is also very bland for a shooter of this type, and other than the default smart bomb the collaborator power ups are useless. Still recommend it for fans of twin stick games, it’s worth the money!

Much harder than Inferno+
That's all I can say really. I breezed through Inferno+ but this is far harder even on Practice Mode. Maybe it's my age? Still it looks great as ever with games from this developer.
Dont buy waste of $$
This game was great for the first few levels but at like level 16 i used like 200 lives and got nowhere controls are unresponsive and it is really hard to dodge away from a baddie
No, the controls on my iPad Air 128 GB are indeed sluggish and slow..
Saw this today and watched the demo. Absolutely loved what I saw (same as other games by these programmers) as I was also a huge fan of the vintage arcade game "Robotron". This game could be a heck of a lot of fun but the controls are indeed not very precise. Also I heartily suggest creating an easier first time level as when you start it up you are immediately surrounded and heavily outnumbered making it much too much at first! You can't learn how to play this game as you are barely able to understand what all the ships and parts of the game maze can do before you lose 20 to 30 lives!! I would give this game more stars if the developers can get the controls sussed out and add an update to make this game reasonable to play without becoming inundated by enemies within seconds....ON THE FIRST TIME PRACTICE LEVELS!!!

A little wonder
Feels like I'm back in an 80s arcade but with modern graphic fidelity and endless quarters. 5 stars!

The screen is too small for this game. Recommend only for iPhone 6 + or bigger screen. Could barely use the controls on my 6. Not worth money. :(
Excellent
Another great twin stick shooter from Radiangames. The game runs perfectly on my iPad 4 and iPhone 6. The controls are great, especially with my Bluetooth controller. I like that it's a little more puzzle-like than previous shooters from this dev, requiring you to really pay attention to the different enemies' behavior.

Great game with bad control
Awesome game except controls are not responsive...Hard to move and firing jumps around...Not consistent...This makes the game unusable...Hopefully the dev fixes this.
Un-intuitive controls
Pretty and potentially enjoyable game ruined by really frustrating and unresponsive controls. The weak auto-lock shooting and manually controlling the right stick don't mesh well at all.

Everything is working great. Another Radian Games hit. The only issue I'm having is with Game Center Achievements. I'm not receiving credit for completed achievements. Please fix ASAP. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

Everything from Radiangames is well worth the small cost, and this is no exception. It's a dual stick arena shooter polished to near perfection. Faster and harder than Inferno+ (best iOS game ever - really!). Beautiful and engaging. Just buy it already!

Really well done but very difficult. Players who are new to this type of game would benefit from more a skills ramp-up.

This has to be one of the best dual twin stick shooters I have ever played, including on consoles. No IAPs either. I can't recommend this enough to people who enjoy games by this indie developer.
