FAQ

What does Device Tracker do?

Device Tracker helps you find lost Bluetooth-enabled devices by showing you the signal strength and proximity to your device. It allows you to track items like iPhones, iPads, smartwatches, and more, helping you locate them within a detectable range.

How does the Bluetooth tracking work?

The app detects Bluetooth signals emitted by your devices. You can see a live distance score indicating how close you are to the lost item. This feature helps you narrow down the search area, but it does not provide exact GPS coordinates.

Is Device Tracker free to use?

No, Device Tracker requires a premium membership to access its features. Users can subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. The subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

What devices can be tracked with this app?

The app can detect various Bluetooth signal emitting devices, including iPhones, iPads, AirPods, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, and Apple Pencils. For tracking to work, the devices must be powered on and within detectable Bluetooth range.

Can I find my device if it's not powered on?

No, for the app to track your device, it must be powered on and actively emitting a Bluetooth signal. Devices that are off or not generating a signal cannot be found using this application. It relies solely on Bluetooth connectivity.
