Without going into great detail every aspect of this app was disappointing difficult to use and poorly planned
It is really a mess and if they had bothered to ask a consumer it could be improved quite easily to at least make it useful

Crash
Since ios 15 update the app doesn't load and crashes please look into this
App always crashes and freezes
I installed this app and connected to the devil boss CPAP device via Bluetooth. Worked intermittently only. Most of the time it crashes or freezes. No data could be retrieved before it crashes. I reinstalled the app and it worked for 30seconds before it crashed or froze. I hope this gets fixed.
Very poor app.
I downloaded this app a week ago when I received my new Cpap and it has been nothing but trouble. The app freezes after I download the latest data forcing me to delete the app and then download it again to my phone. It freezes every time I open it.

The app usually never opens and when it does can not access all features. Usually need to completely close app then re open to get it to work. Then most of the time trying to receive data from cpap machine is a chore in itself.

App crashes and I cannot get it to restart. Seems I am not the only one with this issue. Going to remove and reinstall, but guessing that is only a temporary fix.

Worst App I have ever used. Rarely displays information. Crashes and freezes on the opening page every time. This is not helpful to us Veterans that have to use the equipment.

Very poor Software Reliability and overall quality not up to standard!
If I had a choice, I would exchange this machine for a ResMed AirSense 10 machine. My old ResMed machine, an S9, lasted more than seven years and had more than 47K hours on it when the chip quit working. And replacing the chip started it afresh.
I am extremely disappointed with the DeVilbiss Software because it almost never works. Also the humidifier function seems to be badly calibrated, since I routinely end up with water in my tubing, even on the lowest setting. I would not recommend the DV64 model to any potential purchasers. The only thing I see that could recommend this machine is its small footprint, and that’s not a very good reason to get it.
This machine was supplied by the VA Hospital, since I am a service-connected disabled veteran, so I had no say in the selection of this brand. I have already expressed my disappointment to them about the selection of this manufacturer. If you have a choice, do not select the DeVilbiss IntelliPAP 2 DV64 AutoAdjust Machine. You will only be disappointed.

Broken, cannot be trusted
Insanely careless low quality bar to ship this alongside a thousand dollar device, and makes me question their technology as a whole. The app crashed within minutes after navigating between screens. Won’t reopen and sticks on the splash screen. This…isn’t a new app either, and seems to get only minor updates every 5–6 months. Huge shame. Should have looked into this before buying the device.

Horrible app
This app is trash! I was prescribed a CPAP by the VA and this app hasn’t worked at all. VA stated they are trying to get them to update the app, but I guess these folks don’t care! App Store should not let any of these coders or this company put out any more apps! Trash is trash!!

It’s a bad App. I should have known before I downloaded the App with its rating of a “1” star. I have tried several times to access the App. 100% of the time there always seem to have issues. For instance, the screen asking how is your day is the only screen that pops up.

I recently updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 12.4.4. The app used to work for me but now it crashes before opening, so I cannot access it at all. Please fix this!

How long have we all had Bluetooth devices? 10 years? This is a simple connection and super simple data transfer. There is no excuse for how bad this app is. Did you do any testing before releasing it at all? Devilbiss really should be ashamed. Do us all a favor and remove this junk from the App Store. It is nowhere NEAR the quality of the machine itself. Then please come up with one that actually works.... again, Please.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. Crashes 99.9% of the time always and 100% of the time mostly always. I also believe that the data it collects is wrong or bad. Usually dumb begets dumb and dumb generates dumb. If these folk are dumb enough to allow their main app to be a useless tool, then I strongly suspect the data it is supposed to generate is flawed or wrong, and along with that, the job the machine is supposed to do is either cosmetic (makes noise to make you think something is going on when nothing important is happening.) or flawed.

App is horrible. It works once if I delete and reinstall, then will not work after that. Just crashes every time I open it. Please fix! I need to see my data!

Hard to Rate when it only runs one time and Crashes
Data looks nice and I love it but you only get to see it once then it crashes and will not restart, reinstall crash and repeat. looks like they do not want to work on the software as it been reported many times over the last year
Horrible app!
Worked great the first time I used it, next time I went to use it it would not load, deleted the app reloaded and it still will not open, apparently there are a lot of issues with this app.
Easy usage of app
This is a great app for the data you’re collecting it would be nice if it could be downloaded for an email or print or both so you can give it to your doctor for the files and for those silly people at Apria/Medicare the show usage.
