Zero features behind a paywall

Clickbait TikTok content creator so called ex FAANG after internship trying to monetize. Nice try

I love it so far

Love it

Misleading Marketing

I appreciate what the Devs are trying to accomplish but lead with using the app requires purchasing a subscription.

Nonexistent Free Tier

There isn’t an available free tier. Everything is hidden behind a subscription that was not advertised as a part of the developer/creator’s various videos. The introductory quiz was well made and had a lot of potential.

Stuck on settings

Absolute garbage for trapping a person on settings page till one subscribes. This kind of Holding hostage behavior is cheap and trashy. At least do a freemium tier to let people get used to the app then let em decide if they want to pay or not.

Stuck in Settings?

I downloaded the app, completed the intro quiz, and then got stuck on the setting page somehow. Someone needs to devmaxx their UX skills…

Leetcode and Duolingo are both free

Misleading ads. Wasted 10 minutes on this app, nothing is free. Nothing at all. As a broke college student, no thanks.

Bad UI

need to make the flow of drag and drop and selection better

Good content, misleading marketing

I appreciated the content in the initial quiz to find the plan that best works for you. However, I don’t appreciate the marketing around this to be “LeetCode combined with DuoLingo” when both of those services are free and yours has a paywall.

Forced to pay

No free tier. Take you on a tour and give sample questions just to block you until you subscribe. I get they need to make money but no free tier to experiment if it’s worth subscribing is disappointing

Freemium but in reality it’s paid

This app is a paid app disguised as free. You can’t access any functionality (not even the daily question) without paying. Arguably false advertising

No free tier

While I understand it took a-lot of effort to create these questions and even develop the app, I feel like charging a subscription to access the basic necessities of it seems rather harsh. I assumed that the premium tier would allow you to take more complex questions or practice concepts that are common for larger companies. A free tier seems warranted maybe you’re only allowed one basic question a day or something and not allowed any of the forums, discords, or analytics.

Disappointed in no free tier

Why am I only told AFTER making an account and doing a questionnaire that there is no free tier

Not working

It showed something can be done and after creating the account it is just stock on settings page and keeps asking for money. Bro at least let us use the app first.

$8/mo for vibecoded content

The app’s interface & content feel very vibe coded. Lots of prose that is in an AI tone, & many terms that appear once & never again. For this price, I expect something with stronger pedagogy & scaffolding. Also many things are tiny and hard to read.

Stuck in the setting menu - bug or intentional?

I was really excited to download the app after seeing it on social media, and the intro quiz experience was well done. After completing it, I was immediately overwhelmed with upselling menus and now I am locked at the “Settings” menu until I pay. Is this a bug or is this intentional? It’s not clear either way, it’s a disappointing experience for someone who just downloaded the app 30s earlier.

Dark mode pllsss

I like the app thank you !

Not free

If you don’t pay you cant even use the app, at least you should be informed before signing up, had to delete the app.

Dark mode please

Amazing material, could use a dark mode though

Poor design means you don’t get out of the initial test

Several of the questions depend on a drag and drop re-order design that doesn’t work and just leads to frustration to use the app. This should have easily been caught in testing.
